As noted on the attached plans, a window will be added to the Southeast corner of the Proposed Bedroom on the Upper Level and an existing sliding glass door on the North side of the Existing Bedroom on the Upper Level will be replaced with a window. The addition of the window in the Proposed Bedroom will be similar if not exactly like the windows, which have been added in the same location in several other Antler's units, which have been modified in a similar fashion to what our client is proposing. lt is our understanding that these other Antler's units and the modifications made to them were reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board. Due to the location of the sliding glass door, the Association Board has approved replacing it with a window and stucco to match existing. The door can only be seen when standing directly in front of it on the common exterior corridor. lt is completely hidden from view from all adjacent portions of the building, the building court yard and the roadway adjacent to the building, by the building elevator tower, which is located directly North of the existing door. For this reason and due to the Associations approval of the change, we would hope that the Design Review Board would find this change to be acceptable. In addition to the windows to be added is the replacement of all the existing windows with metal clad insulated wood units. The new windows will be the same size and the cladding will be the same color as the existing windows.
