With the addition of new floor structure, our client would like to increase the GRFA of the existing Upper Level of their (2) level condominium. All of the added floor area occurs with-in the existing footprint of their unit. The added GRFA is equal to 67.4 Sq. Ft. With the exception of the following changes to widows, there are no changes to the exterior of the building. As noted on the attached plans, a window will be added to the Southeast corner of the existing Bedroom on the Upper Level. The In-swing French door with side light on the south side of the Living Room will be replaced with a full width sliding glass door with fixed window above. ln addition to the changes listed above, all other existing widows and sliding glass door will be replaced with new metal clad wood units to match the size of the existing.
