The following are the comments from that review: I. A landscape plan must be submitted. 2. The proposed additions shall not exceed a total of250 sq. ft. of new GRFA to be eligible as a "250 Addition." Please note that any existing exterior walls being removed or converted to interior walls as part of the proposed additions are considered new GRFA. 3. Existing and proposed vents must be shown on the elevation drawings. Please note that all exterior vent covers must be painted to match the building. This proposal is tentatively scheduled for final review by the Design Review Board at their Wednesday July 18, 2001 meeting.
