You can pick up an application at either Community Development, tocated at 75 S. Frontage Road or Public Works, located at 1309 Vail Valley Drive' Zl Notice sign offs for utility companies. All utilities must field verify (locate) respectivJ utilities prior to signing application. Some utility companies require up to a 48 hour notice to schedule a locate. 3) A construction tratfic control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet ot paper.An approved site plan may also be used. This plan will show locations of ali traffic control devices(signs, cones, etc..) and the work zone, (area of Construction, Staging, etc..).
