Atl irstallations of elterior hot h.rbs or spa's require a DRB approral ftom planning. This application will
not be acaepted wiEput a @py of the DRB approval form attadted (if applicable).
If this permit 'ts for installation of an exterior hot tub or spa on a nerrv elevated platrorm or deck over
30'abore grade, you must also obtain a building permit.
If this permit is for installation of an exterior hot tub or spa on any e><isting deck or elevated plafform,
a strr.rctural engineer must revievv the existing aondition and veriff fnt it will support the added
aonaentnted load. Please provide a copy of the stucfirral engine€rs wet stamped letter or drawing
with this application,
If this is a remodel in a multi-family building with a homeowners association, a letter of permission
from the assocjation is required.
