All commercial (large or small) and all multi-frmily permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mention€d departrnents with regard to necessary rwiew, these projects may also take the three (3) week period.
