Re: Acceptance of Work Completed Within the Town of Vail Right of Way
Dear Mr. Beard,
The purpose of my letter is to inform you that the Town of Vail has approved your
request to complete landscape work within the Town-owned right of way adjacent to
your property at 392 Beaver Dam Circle and has approved your application for a
revocable right of way permit. In addition, the Town has inspected the work and
accepted the improvements as completed and inspected on Friday, September 11,
2015.
The Stop Work Order issued on July 10, 2015 by the Town of Vail Public Works
Department is no longer in effect as the Town considers this matter resolved.
Also, for your information, the property owner of 383 Beaver Dam Road is undertaking
additional work on their/its drainage system that passes through 392 Beaver Dam Circle and
then enters the Town-owned right of way adjacent to your property. That work is set to occur
after today's date. The additional work on the drainage system is being undertaken at the
direction of the owner of 383 Beaver Dam Road with permission from, and the necessary
permits issued by, the Town of Vail.
