The Property is responsible to certify compliance with the deed restriction annually. The Human Resources Manager of the Four Seasons certified compliance with the deed restriction by a January 21,2016 affidavit ("Affidavit"). The next certification of compliance from the Property is due on February 1, 2017. At your request, the Community Development Department reviewed the Affidavit and its files concerning the Property. As of the date set forth above, the Community Development Department has no knowledge or information that the Property does not comply with the deed restriction.
