This Master Media Plan outlines the costs and schedules associated with the above named project / media buy. The rates used to calculate the gross and net costs are approximate, but reflect the highest
potential purchase price to achieve the goals as outlined. A revised Master Media Plan will be submitted for Client approval should the eventual cost of this project exceed the cost estimate in this Plan. Client
herein authorizes Cactus Marketing Communications to purchase and place advertising for the Client and/or its assigns and to obligate the Client contractually or otherwise for payment of such advertising, in
addition to any other terms included in a vendor's contract. Changes or cancellations requested by Client will be accommodated for any activity that may be cancelled or changed with the
vendor(s). Client understands it will be liable for any vendor charges incurred due to a cancellation or change to this Plan after it has been approved. Cactus will service and bill the Client
monthly in most instances. Once payment has been made to Cactus, Cactus assumes full financial responsibility for remitting payment to the vendor in a timely manner. If, however, Client fails to remit full
payment to Cactus, then financial responsibility to the vendor lies with the Client.
