Payment of the Franchise Fee shall be made by the Company to the Town on or before thirty (30) days after the end ofeach quarter ofeach calendar year for the preceding three (3) month period, but shall be adjusted and prorated for the portions ofthe calendar quarters at the beginning and at the end of this Franchise.
