I enclose a nap for your perusal. The land fronts on Hwy. 6 to the North and has creekfrontage on Gore Creek to the South. The terrain is levelwith trees sporadically situated. I feel the property would beideal for tennis courts, softball diamonds, barbeque cookingarea, horse shoe area, bike paths, etc. Upon determining the Town of VaiLrs interest in thisproperty, I will discuss price. Thank you for your attentionto this natter. Sincerely, C.-*-e A!*-- C. Craig Folson CCF: pb Enclosure cc: Jim Lamont Town of Vail Box 100Vai1, Colorado 8l-657 ---r -\ ,lI's v w\\--l---\\\------ l&,rt
