For all residential construction:
a. Clearly indicate on the fLoor plans the insideface of the Exterior structural waLls of thebuilding; and
b. Indicate with a dashed-line on the site plan afour foot distance from the ext.erior face of thebuilding walls or supporcing columns.
If DRB approves the application with conditions ormodifications, all conditions of approval must beaddressed prior to the application for a buildingpenniL.
