We will be installing one boiler rated at 225,000 Btuh (nominal sea level input) to provide energy for this project. This boiler, rated for alcove installation, will be located in the existing house boiler room. There will one 4" diameter stainless steel flue pipe routed sidewall. Combustion air will be installed per manufacturer's recommendations and per 1997 UMC. A new gas line, sized per code, will be run to the new boiler.
