AN ORDII~TANCE ESTA$LZSHING THE FISCAL YEAR FOR THE TO~r~'N OF VAIL
BE IT ORDA~~ecD BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOwN OF VAILr
SECTION l - FISCAL YEAR
The fiscal year of the Town of Vail, Colorado shall cor-
respond with the calendar year commencing on the first day of
January and terminating on the thirty-»ff.rst day of December of
each year.
SECTION 2 - BUDGET YEAR: ACCOUNTING
The fiscal year shall constitute the budget year of the
Town of Vail. All annual accounts and budgets for the Town of
Vail shall be prepared and rendered on a fiscal year basis,
except as otherwise provided by state law, ordinance or reso-»
lution .
SECTION 3 -~ EFFECTIVE DATE
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect within
thirty days after its approval by the Board of Trustees and
fins], publication as prescribed by law.
SECTION !r~ SAFETY CLAUSE
The Board of Trustees hereby finds, determines and declares
that this ordinance is necessary and proper to provide for the
safety, preserve the health, promote the prosperity, improve
