"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7, SERIES OF 19b7,
BY DELETING SECTION 20- 5 PROVIDING THAT NO PERSON SHALL
OCGUPY A TRAILER WHILE IT IS BEING MOVED UPON A STREET."
BE IT ORDAXNED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
VAIL:
Section 1. Amendment.
That Section 20-5 of Ordinance No. 7, Series of 1967, entitled:
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC UPON
THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, ADOPTING
BY REFERENCE "THE MODEL TRAFFIC CODE FOR COLORADO
MUNICIPALITIES 1966," AS AMENDED HEREIN AND PROVIDING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF,
is hereby amended by the deletion of the following paragraph:
Section 20-5. Riding in Trailers. -
No person or persons shall occupy a trailer while it is being
moved upon a street or highway.
Section 2. Emergency.
The Board of Trustees finds and determines that the passage of
this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Vail and that this
Ordinance shall become effective Five (5) days after publication.
