AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE TOWN OF VAIL CERTAIN
TERRTTQRY SITUATED IN SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP
FIVE (5), SOUTH, RANGE ETGHTY (80) UIEST OF THE SIXTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN: AND SETTING FORTH DETAILS IN
RELATION THERETO.
WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation of Territory
into the Town of Vail, Colorado (a municipal
corporation) has been duly filed with the Town of
Vail by Vail Associates, Inc., a Colorado corporation,
requesting the annexation of certain property into
the Tuan of Vail; and,
WHEREAS, all of the territory described in said
Petition is owned by Vail Associates, Inc., and
said Petition complies with the provisions and
requirements of Chap ter 139,Article 21 of C.R.S.
(1963), as amended, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of
Vail finds that annexation of the territory herein
described is necessary and desirable, and in the
best interests of the Town of Vail, and that said
territory should be annexed into the Town of Vail;
NOG7, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT:

which is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNIhTG;

feet along the line between Sections 8
and 9 of said T. 5 S., to a point; thence
S. 60°21'49" W. a distance of 247 feet
along the South line of the Vail Village
Seventh Filing recorded in Map Case 2, -
Drawer V, Reception #102780 in the office
of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County,
Eagle, Colorado; thence continuing along
said south line N.89°17'23" W. a distance
of 500 feet; the~)ce continuing along said
