AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF HORNSILVER CIRCyE
WITHIN THE TOWN OF VAIL AND SETTING FORTH DETAILS tN
RELATION THERETO.
WHEREAS, a portion of a private residential building has been
constructed into the right of way of Hornsilver Circle, adjacent to
Lot 13 Block 6, Vail Village 7th Filing, within the Town of Vail,
it has become necessary to vacate a portion of said Hornsilver
Circle to correct the problem of the encroachment into said public
right of way; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of Vail deem it
to be in the public interest to vacate a portion of Hornsilver.
Circle adjacent to Lot 13, Block 6, Vail Village 7th Filing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDATNED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO:
Section 1. The following described portion of the public
right of way known as Hornsilver Circle, within the Town of Vail,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, be and the same is hereby va..
Gated, and the title to said vacated portion of the right of way
shall be nested aS prescribed by the laws of the State of Colorado,
t0 Wlt:
A part of Hornsilver Circle as platted in Vail Village,
Seventh Filing, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 13, Block 6,
said Vail Village, Seventh Filing; thence Easterly alon
the Northerly line of said Lot 13, being along the Sout~~-
erly prope rty line of Hornsilver Circle, 65.00 feet to a
point of curve; thence continuing along said Northerly
line and along a curve to the right having a radius of
75.00 feet, a central angle of 38011'50", an arc distance
of 50.00 feet to a point; thence on an angle to the left
of 177055'15", 37.3? feet; thence on an angle to the
left of 28008'35" and along a curve to the left having a
radius of 85.00 feet, a central angle of 12008'00", an
arc distance of 18.00 feet to a point of tangent; thence
along said tangent 7.00 feet; thence on an angle to the
left of 09°46'57", 58.86 feet more or less to the true
point of beginning; containing 650.51 square feet, more
or less.
Section 2. The vacation of a portion of the right of way
as provided in Section 1 shall not be construed as vacating any
easement or cross-easement line within the area described, and any
easements of record within said vacated portion of the right of way

to any such easements.
