ANNUAL Arrta~rttIATION ORDINANCE: ADur-ru~TG A BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING SilM5 OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, FOR THE
TOWN'S FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1972, AND
ENDIl~TG ON THE LAST DAY OF ur~~ER, 1972.
in~ir:etrAS, the Board of Trustees has adopted a budget for the
Town for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1972, and ending on
the last day of December, 1972, and
WLr:tcrl~l.S, the Boan3 of Trustees has, by ordinance, made the
proper tax levy at the rate of 5.4 mills t.~.~.. each dollar of the total
assessed valuation of all taxable rl~t~~Y within the Town, such
levy representing the ~.~..,ant of taxes for Town puLM,ses necessary to
r~~~ide for payment during the Town's said fiscal year of all r~~r~ly
authorized demands ~, the treasury; and
Wht~t~r:AS, the Board of Trustees is now desirous of making
a~,~.opriations for the ensuing fiscal year.

Section 1. That the following ar~~.~iations are hereby
made for the Town of Vail, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1972, and ending on the last day of Pax, 1972, from
the General Fund, Capital L~,N~vv~,«,t Fund, and Library Fund for the
pay.,.~..t of operating e~,ses and capital outlay of the general

and contingencies:
