Series of 1976
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE TOWN OF VAIL TO PROVIDE THAT PRIVATE
CLUBS MAY BE A CONDITIONAL USE TN THE
MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the Town Council is of the opinion that
private clubs should be allowed in the Medium Density Multiple
Family zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT:
(1) Section 5.300 Conditional Uses of Ordinance
No. 8, Series of 1973 (the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of
Vail) is amended by the addition of subparagraph {8} to read
as follows:
(8} Private clubs and civic, cultural,
and fraternal organizations.

INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED ON FIRST READING, and
ordered published once in full this 15th day of June, 1976.
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the 6th
day of July, 1976, in the Municipal Building, Vail, Colorado,
at 7:30 P.M.
