a lega3 description`of such area with the Eag�.e Caunty C1e�k
and Recorder and one copy thereof wa.th �he Division of Local
Government of �h� Depar�'.-.ment of Locai A�fairs.
Section 4. Za��il�g.
Th� `sub�ect �xoper�y hereby annexed to �he Town
of Vai1. shal� be referred to �he Planning Commission for
review:'and reco�timendaiian rega�ding zoning in accordance with
Chapter 1.8.68 of the Vail Mu3nicipal Code,
