AN ORDTNANCE VACATING TFiE EASEMENT ADJACENT
TO THE PLATTED SNOWBERRY DRIVE, LOT 13, BLOCK
9, VAIL INTERMOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION,
TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision was platted
with a roadway known as Snowberry Drive and an adjacent 25 feet ea,se-
ment , and
WHEREAS, the current owner of Lot 13, Block 9, Vail. Intermountain
Development, has requested that the easement be vacated; and
WHEREAS, Snowberry Drive was nat build in the platted location,
but currently exists in a separate location; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council is of the opinion that the easement
adjacent to Snowberry Drive and Lot 13, Block 9, Vail Intermountai*~
Development Subdivision should be vacated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAW:
{1} The easement for roadway structures, parking and public and
private utilities is hereby vacated, as more particularly described on
the attached Exhibit "A".
INTRODUCED, READ ON FIRST READING, APPROVED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED
ONCE IN FULL THIS 5th day of May, 1981, and a public hearing on this
ordinance shall be held at the regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Vail , Colorado, on ther~ia, Wit' day of__~ ,~` ,:~_~_ __ 1.981, at

A portion of a 25 foot easement to be vacated across
Lot 13, Block 9, Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision,
Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado, more particularly
descra.bed as fo3.lows:
Commencing at the most Southwesterly corner of said
Lot 13; thence N 42°12'33" W 12.80 feet along the west line
of said Lot l3; thence N 47°47'27" E 3.4.50 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence N 29°47'15" W 10.55 feet to a
point on a curve, said curve having a radius of 75.0 feet;
thence 39.60 feet along the arc of said curve, with a long
chord bearing N 75°50'09" E 39.14 feet; thence S 60°Z2'09" W
37.69 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 267 square
feet more or less.
