Those parts of the NE�SW� and NW14NE�, Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 81 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian described as follaws:
Beginning at the Center ik Corner of said Section 12; thence the following eight
courses glong the existing Town of Vail boundary: (1) S89°28'10"W 390.00 feet;
{2} S10°OS'39"W 222.12 feet, to a point on curve; (3) 100.74 feet along the arc of
a 78.93 focst radius curve to the right having a chord that bears N52°25'32"E 94.05
feet; (4) N88°59'31"E 353.70 feet; (5) S4Q°42'S0"W 25.00 feet; (6)'N89°2$'10"E
232.04 feet; (7) NOd°42'S0"E 187.00 feet; ($) S89°2�8'10"W 232.00 feet, to the
point of beginning. �
