Ren Event Years of Experience in Vail
Ren Productions is not just an event and production company. We consistently bring in millions of dollars of tax revenue
to Vail each year with high quality events.

Ren Event has been in Vail for over 25 years. The company has been orchestrating events throughout the county. These
include weddings, parties, fundraisers, Vail Farmers’ Market, Taste of Vail, Vail Farm to Table, Vail Holidays and other
farm-to-table events.
The Taste of Vail has been rated as the top Food and Wine event in Country by Forbes, USA Today and more. The Vail
Farmers’ Market has been rated as one of the top Farmers’ Market Adventures in the country.

Vail Cooking Classes with chefs for adults and children throughout Vail
Learn from the best: how to create all the way from “basics” to appetizers to desserts to use over the holidays and more

Vail Holiday Lights - Explosion of Lights on Friday November 29 and Saturday November 30
Businesses of Vail will add lights/garland and trees during Thanksgiving week and a showcase of the Holiday lights and
sculptures will be on Friday November 29th and culminate with a tree lighting on Saturday, November 30th

Vail Kris Kringle Market
Holiday Market in Vail with European flare. Garland, trees, lights, lattice and gifts for the holidays will abound. 70 vendors
selling holiday goodies.

Gobble Gobble Hike: November 22: Vail Hike run- TBD
Ice Skating Show: November 23 and November 30th
Gingerbread Contest: Local Lodging have opportunity to participate in gingerbread contest. Friday November 29
10th Mountain Parade
Holiday Music Pop ups: Music held throughout town and small venues to be comfortable for all including families

Holiday Cooking Classes
Guests will have the chance to go to select
cooking classes throughout Vail from
November 21- November 29th.

The solution
Holiday Lights
The transition from Thanksgiving to the holidays
is made apparent with a contest between all
business owners in Vail.
This is an event that will grow and take over the
town. We see Vail Resorts being a part , all
businesses of Vail and our public spaces being
filled with sculptures.
Contest will be Friday November 29th with
judging by select panel from Vail.
The Tree Lighting Celebration will be held on
Saturday, November 30th at dusk.
Vail Kris Kringle Market
Friday, November 29th & Saturday, November 30th
The Kris Kringle is a holiday market with over 70 booths
over a two day period. Each tent will be decorated
festively to ring in the holiday cheer. Bring guests to Vail
to experience the true European market in the
Mountains. Garland, Holiday lights, trees, lattice and
holiday flare to kick off the season.
Get your tree, your garland, and your holiday gifts all in
one setting during a takeover with European holiday
twist.

2020
1.Kris Kringle Market: increase presence of European influence by bringing in vendors
from countries of interest with items such as bells, handmade wooden ornaments, etc.
Work on creating Holiday presence that precedes all markets.
2.Holiday Parade of Lights using Holiday Light Artisans- Sculptures, trees throughout
town
3.Holiday Lights- Increase the lights throughout town- More Sculptures- a reason to come.
4.Holiday Music throughout town
5.Hike: Gobble Gobble hike
6.Cooking Classes throughout Vail
7.Work with VR for on Mountain Experiences throughout the Mountain ( ending for treats
throughout the mountain)
2021
1.Kris Kringle Market: increase presence of European influence by bringing in vendors
from countries of interest with items such as bells, handmade wooden ornaments, etc.
2.Holiday Parade of Lights using Holiday Light Artisans
3.Holiday Lights- Continue to Increase the lights throughout town
4.Increase Holiday Music throughout town including outdoor family concerts
