DOR PRODUCTION NOTES:
February:
➢ February is performing very much in the same manner as last year; since the last report there have been
decreases in underperformance variance, as well as some underperformances moving to equivalency with last
year
o There are +2928 (+2122 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o President’s Day Weekend is currently on average up +1.9% (-0.6% last report) versus last year at this
time
o Valentine’s Day is down -3.8% (-3.8% last report) compared to last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 10th, down -7.1% (-10.4% last report) versus last year at this
time
o The largest outperformance is on the 12th, up +9.8% versus last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
March:
➢ March is largely outperforming last year from the 14th on, with mixed performance in the first two weeks
o There are +5887 (+5639 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 15th, up +19.0% (+19.2% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 4th, down -5.3% over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
April
➢ April is continually experiencing strong outperformance in the beginning of the month with moderate
outperformance from the 11th on
o There are +7723 (+7164 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Easter (April 12th) is currently up +8.5% (+8.4% last report) over last year at this time
▪ When comparing Easter Day 2020 to Easter Day 2019 (April 12th vs April 20th) occupancy is
currently up +193.4% (+202.7% last report) over last year at this time (22.3% vs 7.6%)
o The largest outperformance is now on the 9th, up +23.3% over last year at this time
o The only underperformance is on the 29th, down -8.0% (-6.8% last report) over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
May
➢ May remains very much in equivalency with last year with pronounced increases in outperformance occurring
on the 18th to the 20th
o There are +507 (-222 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 31st, down -6.3% over last year at this time

o The largest outperformance is now on the 20th, up +13.4% (+10.1% last report) over last year at this time
o Memorial Day Weekend is on average up +0.1% (-1.4% last report) over last year at this time

June
➢ June is mostly underperforming last year with large underperformances noted at the beginning of the month
o There are -1254 (-1725 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 4th, down -19.2% (-20.2% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 17th, up +9.6% (+8.2% last report) over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
July
➢ July is mostly underperforming last year with the exceptions being the 3rd week and 5th week of the month
o There are -150 (-1019 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 15th, up +11.2% (+11.3% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 7th, down -17% (-18.4% last report) over last year at this time
o The 4th of July is currently down -4.0% (-5.2% last report) over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
August
➢ August has just come onto the books and is showing mostly outperformances versus last year with only 4
underperformances noted
o There are +6821 more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 2nd, up +35.4% over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 29th, down -6.4% over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
