SERIES, 2004
Resolution No. 15, a Resolution adopting the correct version of the CIRSA bylaws
and intergovernmental agreement and repealing any and all resolutions
inconsistent herewith.
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail previously adopted the CIRSA Bylaws and
Intergovernmental Agreement ("Agreement"), which constitute a contract to cooperate
with other public entities to participate in aself-insurance pool; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail has now been informed that the incorrect version of said
Agreement was adopted due to a clerical error by CIRSA; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail desires to correct said error by adopting the correct version
of said Agreement herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN
OF VAIL:
The attached correct version of the Agreement is hereby approved, and the authorized
signatories of the Town of Vail are herby authorized to execute the Agreement.
Any and all resolutions inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, including specifically
the original resolution adopting the incorrect version of the Agreement, except that
participation in and coverage through CIRSA shall continue to take effect on the same
day as was provided in said original resolution.
A copy of this resolution and the executed correct version of the Agreement shall be
transmitted to CIRSA at 3665 Cherry Creek North Drive, Denver CO 80209
