A RESDLUTIGTI DESIGNATING THE FC)LL4V4'ING AS SIGNERS:
RO$ERT 1VICLAURIN, PAMELA A. BRANDIVIEYER, ~ACQUE LC)VATU,
AND 3UDY CAMP DN THE ALPINE ACCdUNT FC3R THE TOWN OF
VAIL PERMITITTED BY THE CHARTER QF THE TOWN, ITS
ORDINANCES, AND THE STATUTES 4F THE STATE aF CflL~C7RADC}.
WHEREAS, the Town has the power to designate banks or fnancial institutions
for funds of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to designate Robert McLaurin, Pamela A.
I3randmeyer, Jacque Lovato, & Judy Camp as signers on these accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~LVEI7 by the Town Council of the Town of
Vaii, Colorado, as follows:
Robert McLaurin, Pamela A. Brandmeyer, 3acque Lovato, & Judy Camp are
hereby designated as signers for the Account for the funds of the Town of
Vail.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
