A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES
FOR REVOCABLE RIGHT-OF-WAY APPLICATION AND PERMITS.
WHEREAS, it is the Town Council's belief that the costs relating to certain services that
require recording must be paid by the applicant; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10, Series of 1991, did not address or set a fee for recording
documents with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder's Office concerning improvements in the
public right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Vail, Colorado:
1. That a five dollar ($5.00) per page fee will be collected for recording with the Eagle
County Cleric and Recorder's Office the application and associated attachments for permits to
place improvements in the public right-of-way. `
2. That the Town Council hereby finds, determines, and declares that this resolution
is necessary and proper far the health, safety, and welfare of the Town of Vail and the inhabitants
thereof,
3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
