A RESOLUTION SETTING A FEE IN LIEU OF THE DEDICATION
OF LAND FOR SCHOOL SITES AS PROVIDED FOR IN
ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES 1$91
WHEREAS, Ordinance Na. 1, Series 1991 provides for the dedication of land for school
sites or a fee in lieu thereof; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1, Series of 1991 further provides that the Town Council set
the amount of the fee in lieu on an annual basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Vaii, Colorado:
1. The amount of the fee in lieu of the dedication of land for school sites as
required by Ordinance No. 1, Series of 1991 shall be $5,000.00 for the year 1993.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1992.
