A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT
WITH THE COUNTY OF EAGLE FOR THE
SHARING OF LIBRARY SERVICES AND THE
REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS TO THE TOWN`S
LIBRARY: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND THE
TOWN CLERK TO RTTEST TO THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail and the County of Eagle wish
to share Library Services; and
WHEREAS, taxes for the Town's and the County's Libraries
are paid by the residents of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council is of the opinion that the Agreement
between the Town and the County for the sharing of Library Services
and the return of funds to the Town for library purposes is in the
best interest of the residents of the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, that:
1. The Agreement between the Town of Vail and the County
of Eagle attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved.
2. The Town Manager sha17 sign the same for the Town and
the Town Clerk sha11 attest to the same and affix the Seal of the Town.
INTRODUCED, READ AND APPROVED THIS 18th DAY OF MAY, 1976.
