WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance for the Town oFVail has been
duly adopted by the Town Council and said ordinance was made effective,
in accordance with the Home Rule Charter, on the 15th day of August,
1973; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance provides for the assessment of
fees For design review, conditional use permits, amendments and variances
which were not otherwise speciFically incorporated in said Zoning Ordinance;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Council far the Town of Vail is vested with the
authority and responsibility for establishing the appropriate fees to be
charged in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
FOR THE TOWN OF VAIL that the following fees shalt be adopted in
accordance with the Zoning Ordinance For the Town of Vail:
Section 15.70q Design Review Fee .
The Design Review Fee shall be based upon the project valua-
tion as Follows:
Valuation Fee
Under $25,000 $ 25.00
25,000--$100,000 50.00
100,000-$500,000 100.00
500,000 - $1,000,000 150.00
1,000,000 and aver 200.00
Any charge made by an outside consultant shall be borne by the
developer or property owner in addition to the above charge.
Section 18.300 Conditional Use Permit Fee.
50.00 to cover the cost of publication, etc.
Section 19.300 Variance Fee.
100.00 to cover hearing costs and cost of legal publication.
Section 21 .502 Amendment Fee.
100.00 to cover cost of publication and hearings .
