RESOLUTION NO. 33
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission for the County of Eagle
and lts professional consultants have promulgated a Master
Plan for guiding future land use and development in Eagle
County; and
WHEREAS, the Tawn Council for the Town of Vail has
reviewed the proposed Master Plan and finds that the adoption
of such a plan will benefit both the Town of Vail and the
entire Eagle County area; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council further finds that it is
essential to immediately approve and adapt such a Master
Plan to regulate in an orderly manner the further development
of portions of Eagle County; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR
THE TOWN OF VRIL that said Town Council recommends and
endorses the immediate adoption 6y the Board of County
Commissioners for the County of Eagle the proposed 'Master
Plan For Guiding Future Land Use and Development in Eagle
County', and that all means be employed to implement said
Master Plan for the further and continued development of
land within Eagle County.
