Member/Lodging Partner Engagement:
• Lead generation in Feb. 2021 was equal to our record-breaking Feb. 2020 numbers.
• Bi-Weekly Meetings with DOS Advisory Council from Vail Lodging Community – along with
early launch for VVP Connect
• Attended one VLMD Partner Meeting and monthly VLMD Board Meeting
• Continue with outreach to new VLMD Board members
• Work with lodging community/VLMD for 2025 Porsche Club of America village wide program
• Monthly lead status update to lodging partners
• MTS Stakeholder Meeting and continued outreach for comp group leader block
• Provided COVID dial/5 Star Variance Updates
Marketing/Media Efforts:
• Attended weekly industry/COVID related webinars – email & share with properties
• Provide VLMD/Cactus teambuilding content and existing website links to incorporate into
Discovervail.com
• Worked with Cactus for 4 Google Display Ads for Cvent and one banner ad for Destination CO
• Sponsored Road Show Series with Imprint Event Group – 215 registered planners + 25
sponsor attendees, with 5 one-on-one appointments in virtual meeting room – very well
received by attendees – resulted in three new RFP’s
Executive Summary/What’s Next for March:
• Follow up again with Vail lodging partners for MTS Group Leaders comp room block
• Continue working on build out for SendSites proposal
• Continue working on build out for Microsite platform in Cvent
• Continue outreach out to all VLMD Board Members
• Work on revisions to Tactical Strategic Briefing
• Site tour follow up and tradeshow recommendations to lodging community (MIC, ASAE)
• Set up meetings/refresher site tours with all Vail properties for Vail sales trip (4/8-22/21)
