Engineer's (Public Works) review and approval, a Planning Depfitment review of Health Departrnent review, and a review by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total review may take as long as three (3) weeks. All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departnents with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take the three (3) week period.
