As ybu are aware, only limited repairs have
been nad,e on the roof of the trdelweiss CondominiunBuilding at 1,03 Willow Place since the bullding wasconstructed in I97L, The roof has now deteri-oratedto the e:5tent that a complete refurbishing job isrequired.
Ttrls letter wiII authorize you to proceedwith this work in accordance with your propogal ofJanuary 10, 1985 with the exception that we do. notwj-sh to vent the cold roof ridge. ;!
Assessments against the condominium owners tocover the costs of this work were voted at theannual meeting of the association on December 27.1994.
