Pursuant to the provisions of the CCI Dishict, the addition of any commercial floor area (including a bay window) is subject to review by the Town of Vail Planning and Environmental Commission. The Community Development Department has not received any response from you from our conversation or from my letter dated October 8, 2007. The Community Development Department considers this application both incomplete and inactive, and therefore is hereby considered nulland void.
