Engineer's (Public Works) review and approval, a Planning Department review of Health Departrnent review, and a rsview by the Building Depar[nent, the estimated time for a total review may take as long as three (3) weeks. All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Rcsidential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned deparUnents with regard to necessary rcview, these projects may also take the three (3) week period.
