MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF TRUSTEES - THE TOWN OF VAIL
HELD MARCH 27, 1968
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor C. E. Kindel at
3:30 p. m. in the Municipal Offices of the Town of Vail.
ROLL CALL: Roll Call found the following Members present:
Mayor C. E. Kindel
Trustee Dobson
Trustee Burdick
Trustee Seibert
Trustee Langmaid
Trustee Donovan
Absent: Trustee Willett
MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
1. Consideration of "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING
FOR THE PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION TO THE MAYOR
AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF VAIL".
The Town Recorder read the Ordinance, After
discussion the Board was polled for understanding and approval.
Ordinance No. 6 was passed unanimously,
2. Consideration of an expenditure to prepare a
study for the feasibility of structured parking.
After discussion, the Board approved unanimously
to approve the proposed expenditure of a few hundred dollars to
further explore the feasibility of structured parking.
With no further business to come before the Board, the Meeting
adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
