Utility review of Lionshead End May 2. Reconvene Lionshead workshop week of 7th a. review of plan b. review of costs (incl. Everett's draft) C. adjustment of plan/costs d. strategy timing 3. Potential second follow-up meeting for closure - plan, costs Week of 14th 4. Revise plan, documents, costs, assessments End of June 5. Council review costs, assessments 6. Assessment tax rolls, finalize assessments. July 7. Public hearing and Sp, assessment metg. August 8. Survey work done Lionshead Sept. 9. Advertise G.O. bond 15 Sept. 10. G.O. Contract let March 15 17. Construction begins April 15 0 4 MINUTES VAIL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING FRIDAY, MAY 28, 1982 2:00 P.M. Pt meeting of the Vail Town Council was held on Friday, May 28, 1982, t 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. PRESENT: Mayor Rod Slifer Chuck Anderson Bill Wilto, Mayor Pro-Tem Ron Todd Gail Wahrlich ABSENT: Hermann Staufer Paul Johnston Mayor Slifer stated that this special meeting had been called for the second reading of Ordinance #13, Series of 1982, an ordinance relating to the financing of bonds for the new Public Library. Bill Wilto read the title of the ordinance into the record. Gail Wahrlich stated her concerns and reasons why she would vote against the ordinance. Chuck Anderson stated that he had no additional comments to make other than those he had previously made. O11 Wilto made a motion to approve Ordinance #13 on second reading. Ron Todd seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion passed three to two - Wahrlich and Anderson opposing.
